Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. cooked green beans
1 to 2 c. cooked peas
1 to 2 c. grated carrots
1 to 2 c. shredded lettuce
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
salt to taste
paprika to taste
4 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix and chill ingredients.
Serve in a bowl and pass mayonnaise dressing.
Leftovers come in handy in making this salad.
