Chicken And Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 thin boneless chicken breasts
    sour cream (may use fat-free)
    fresh or frozen asparagus spears
    Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning (use the one to your taste, I like the extra-spicy)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    olive oil
Preparation
    First rub chicken breasts with olive oil to keep meat moist. In a baking dish, lay chicken breasts flat and not overlapping into pan.
    Spread a thin layer of sour cream over chicken.
    Lay asparagus spears on top.
    Shake on Mrs.
    Dash seasoning.
