Cheryl'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. stuffing mushrooms
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1/2 to 1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 onion, chopped
    4 oz. sweet roasted peppers
    garlic powder to taste
    1 can crab meat
    1 egg
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
    Pam cooking spray
Preparation
    Prepare mushrooms by washing and removing stems.
    Stems are not needed.
    Place mushroom tops in boiling water and boil for 7 minutes or until tender.
    Remove from water carefully and place on cookie tray that has been sprayed with Pam.
