Lo-Cal Pina Colada Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    2 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 c. vanilla ice milk
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1/8 tsp. rum extract
Preparation
    Mix gelatin, Sweet 'N Low and pineapple juice in pan.
    Heat just to boil.
    Stir in ice milk and extract.
    Pour into 8-inch square pan.
    Chill.
    Cut into squares to serve.
