Bobbi'S Pie Crust(This Is Enough Crust For 2 Double Crusted Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix the flour, Crisco, sugar and salt with fork.
Beat the vinegar, egg and water in separate dish.
Combine all of the ingredients and mix until moist.
With hands, mold dough into 4 balls.
Chill at least 15 minutes before using.
This dough can be frozen or keeps very well in refrigerator in tight container.
