Sweet Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar or honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil or butter
2 c. warm water
1 lb. mild ground pork sausage
1 lb. hot or spicy ground pork sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. apple, peeled and chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained and chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown sausage in skillet.
Add onion and apple and saute.
Drain well.
Mix sausage mixture with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour into greased and floured casserole.
Bake 45 minutes.
