Layered Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. lettuce, chopped
3 c. celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. chopped onion
4 c. cooked cubed chicken
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. almonds
18 cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Spread lettuce evenly in 4-quart dish. Add celery, water chestnuts, onion and chicken in layers. Pat peas dry and arrange on top layer.
