Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour milk (1/2 c. milk with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice)
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated, peeled zucchini
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to liquids.
    Stir in the zucchini. Spoon into a floured 13 x 9 inch pan.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
