Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    9 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 1/2 c. bread crumbs or cubes
    3 c. cheese (mix your two favorite kinds)
    green peppers (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
    onion (optional)
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread.
    Beat eggs with milk, add salt and mustard; pour over bread and cheese.
    Add peppers, mushrooms and onions, if desired.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
