Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. enriched corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, then add egg, buttermilk and water. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
