Paz'S Catfish With Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fillets
    1 1/4 tsp. salt, divided
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    6 Tbsp. butter or oleo, divided
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. green onions (including the tops), chopped
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 lemon (twist) and parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry the fillets.
    Sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
    Set aside.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish lightly and spread spinach over bottom.
    Put on the rest of the salt and pepper.
    Spread Parmesan cheese over spinach. Melt 4 tablespoons butter; stir in lemon juice and garlic powder. Brush catfish fillets lightly with this mixture and place fillets on spinach.
    Keep the rest of butter mixture.
