10-Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, drained and chopped
    1 large onion, chopped fine (over lettuce)
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine (over onion)
    1 head cauliflower or stalk celery, chopped fine (over pepper)
    1 box English peas (uncooked, over cauliflower)
    1 c. Kraft mayonnaise (over peas)
    1 pkg. Italian Good Seasons dressing (over mayonnaise)
    1/2 c. bacon bits, sprinkled over Seasons mix
    1 c. grated cheese (as top layer)
Preparation
    Cover with foil and refrigerate several hours before serving. Will keep for 4 days.
    Make this recipe in a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish or suitable container.
