Vegetable Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red onion
    1 bell pepper, seeded
    2 medium zucchini
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 c. frozen corn, thawed
    2 c. mushrooms, rinsed and sliced
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut the onion, bell pepper and zucchini into chunks; place in a large bowl.
    Add the garlic, corn and mushrooms.
    Coat vegetables with olive oil.
    Stir in the herbs and salt.
    Mix well.
    Place vegetables in a large baking dish and bake until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
