14 Karat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. white sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 can (3 1/2 oz.) coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add remaining
    ingredients,
    including coconut, if desired.
    Grease and flour three 9-inch pans, bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
