Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir flour, baking soda and salt together.
    Mix cocoa and food coloring and add vinegar.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Beat hard and add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until blended.
    Pour in 3 prepared layer pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
