Super Beefy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked, shredded beef
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Old El Paso enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
Preparation
    Combine beef, 1/2 cup cheese and onion.
    Set aside.
    Combine soups and enchilada sauce.
    Dip tortillas in hot oil to soften a few seconds on each side. Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoonful of meat mixture.
    Roll up.
    Place seam side down in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour sauce over and top with remaining cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
