Cranberry Salad(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free raspberry-flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 (16 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
    1 1/2 c. diced apple
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation
    Drain crushed pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Set aside. Combine gelatin and boiling water in a bowl. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Stir in reserved pineapple juice and cranberry sauce. Cover and chill 45 minutes. Fold in drained pineapple, apple, celery and walnuts. Spoon gelatin into a 1-quart serving bowl. Cover and chill 4 hours or until firm.
