Cedric'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add beef, heating through, but not browning it.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Spread 3 cups cabbage in 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover with meat mixture, then top with 3 more cups of cabbage.
    Pour tomato soup, undiluted, over top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
