    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables
    1/4 c. cooked red pepper strips (optional)
    2 (5 oz. each) cans Swanson white chunk chicken, drained
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
