Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    vanilla wafers
    cherries or nutmeat
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar until well blended (will be slightly lumpy).
    Put a vanilla wafer (round side down) in bottom of cupcake papers and fill 3/4 full with mixture. Top with cherry or nutmeat.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
