Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 family size tub Cool Whip
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed slightly
Preparation

Slice cake in half.
Combine Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. Add Cool Whip and strawberries.
Fill middle of cake with this mixture, then put the top back on and frost top and sides. Refrigerate after icing.
This will stay in the refrigerator for several days in a covered container.
