Chicken Parmesan(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1 tsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. fresh
    3 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti (8 oz. dry)
Preparation
    Flatten chicken to an even thickness using palm of hand or meat mallet.
    Dip chicken in egg; coat with crumbs.
    In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook chicken until browned on both sides.
    Add spaghetti sauce.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
    Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serve over hot spaghetti.
