Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 level tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add bananas and eggs.
    Slowly add dry ingredients to mixture.
    Stir in nuts; blend thoroughly.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
