Clam Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sea clams, chopped fine
    1/4 c. clam juice
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1 single pie crust for top
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan; add clams and rest of ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Place in deep pie plate; cover with pie crust.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Serves 4.
