Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. melted butter
3 egg whites
8-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until thick.
Add lemon juice and rind.
Add sugar, flour and salt.
Blend together and add evaporated milk and melted butter.
Beat egg whites until dry.
Fold into pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
