Lemon Flounder Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green pepper strips
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. flounder or haddock fillets
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
    Cook celery, green pepper strips and onion until tender.
    Stir in tomato soup and lemon juice.
    Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Arrange fish fillets in single layer over sauce; cover with remaining sauce.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling and fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Garnish with celery slices, if desired.
    Serves 4.
