Cherry Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. boneless pork loin roast, rolled and tied
    1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
    1/4 to 1/2 c. white raisins
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Cook uncovered in 325\u00b0
    oven for 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0.
