Baked Brie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    1 round Brie (14 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, walnuts and brandy.
    (You store this mixture in a jar for a week or so.)
    Put Brie on pie plate into 500\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 minutes, until soft.
    Sprinkle mixture on top of Brie and bake 2 to 3 minutes more until sugar is melted.
    Serve with apple wedges, grapes or crackers.
