Cheese Squares Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely minced onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and drained
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add eggs, milk, butter, cheese and onion.
Squeeze excess moisture from spinach and add to cheese mixture.
Mix well.
