Lasagna In A Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 French-style rolls
    1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 (8 oz.) can no-salt-added tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Cut thin slices off tops of rolls. Hollow out centers, leaving 1/2-inch thick shells; set aside.
