Omelette For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place butter in a 9-inch microproof pie plate and place in oven.
    Combine eggs, water, salt and pepper; beat lightly with fork.
    Pour into heated pie plate and cook for 60 seconds. Sprinkle with cheese and cook 1 1/2 minutes.
    Fold and cut in half and serve immediately.
