Roadside Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) box frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place hash brown potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In saucepan on stove, mix half and half, butter and salt.
    Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with 1 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
