Peas And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
    Add onion.
    Cook, stirring often, 3 minutes or until soft.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
    Stir in peas, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 6.
