Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 red peppers
    9 green peppers
    9 yellow peppers
    9 orange peppers
    12 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut peppers into thin strips; combine vinegar and sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes, then add peppers and onions.
    Heat to almost boiling.
    Pour in jars and seal.
