Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. fresh or frozen peas
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped cauliflower flowerets
1/4 c. green onion
1 c. sunflower seed (Macadamia nuts or cashews may be substituted)
1/4 c. crumbled bacon
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk salad dressing
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Rinse peas in hot water; drain.
Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream.
