Apple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or other fat
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 to 4 firm apples
2 tsp. cinnamon, mixed with 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream
the
fat;
add
the
sugar,
well beaten egg and vanilla.
Sift the dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk to the first mixture.
