Quick Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thin sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add potatoes and onions to the boiling water.
    Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Mash potatoes slightly with a fork to thicken the soup a little, if desired. Add milk, margarine and seasonings.
    Heat.
    Makes 4 servings.
