Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3 large or 4 small bananas (very ripe)
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter, eggs and sugar together.
Sift flour, salt and soda together.
Mash very ripe bananas and add to creamed butter, eggs and sugar mixture, then add flour mix, pecans and vanilla. Bake in tube pan, greased with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until brown, about 1 hour.
