Dutch Apple Cake With Caramel Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    4 c. peeled, cored and diced tart apples
    Caramel Glaze
Preparation
    Position rack in lower third of oven; preheat to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan or a 10 x 4-inch tube pan; dust with flour.
