1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. peeled, cored and diced tart apples

Preparation
