Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach leaves (prewashed)
    1/2 red onion or 4 green onions
    2 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
    crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Wash spinach leaves and snap off stems.
    Spin dry in a salad spinner or drain on paper towels.
    Slice red onion or green onions; put aside.
    Slice hard-boiled eggs in the egg slicer twice, turning them the second time.
    Tear spinach leaves in small pieces; add onions.
    Pour on salad dressing (recipe below) and toss.
    Top with egg and bacon.
