Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn oil
    2 eggs
    3 large ripe bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid sugar
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour and soda; add oil and sugar substitute.
    Mix well until light.
    Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
    Beat well. Pour into tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 or more minutes.
