Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    assorted fresh vegetables (broccoli, onion, celery, cauliflower, etc.)
Preparation
    Open crescent rolls out and place on pizza pan; spread to cover the pan and bake.
    Mix mayonnaise, milk and cream cheese. Spread this over the cooled crescent roll pastry.
    Cut vegetables very small and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with a little garlic salt if desired.
