Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. white sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 bags chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. butter
Preparation

In a very large saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar and milk. Stirring constantly, boil 6 minutes.
Remove from heat; let set for 2 minutes, then add remaining ingredients.
Beat by hand or electric mixer until creamy.
Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Spread fudge evenly onto cookie sheet.
When completely cooked, flip fudge onto more waxed paper.
Spread out on table or countertop.
Cut.
Enjoy!
Makes approximately 6 dozen.
