Onion Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4-oz.) shredded parmesan cheese or Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried minced or flaked onion
    1 (16-oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl combine cheese and onion with dry ingredients of hot roll mix. Prepare mix according to pkg. directions. Turn onto a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Shape into a 5-inch ball and place on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with oil or butter. Remove to wire rack to cool or serve immediately.
