Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli
    1/4 lb. creamy Bleu cheese
    1/4 c. heavy or whipping cream
    2 tsp. unsalted butter
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. roughly chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Cut the broccoli tops into flowerets.
    Cut off the top 3-inches of the stems.
    Peel them and cut them into thin strips, about 1 1/2-inches long.
    Cook flowerets and stems, covered, in 3 inches boiling salted water until just barely tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.
