Coconut Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix crackers, sugar and margarine.
    Reserve 3/4 cup for top. Press the rest into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Whip milk and pudding together and add softened ice cream. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Layer over crackers.
    Sprinkle rest of cracker mixture on top.
    Freeze. Take out of freezer a short time before serving.
