Green Chile And Artichoke Dip(Serves 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 (7oz.) cans green chiles, drained and diced
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese (additional for the top)
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain the pimentos.
    In a mixing bowl combine the first six ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spread mixture into a shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. At this point the dip may be stored in the refrigerator for baking at a later time.
    Bake uncovered
    in a preheated oven 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
    Serve hot with tortilla ships.
