Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 stick margarine
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften margarine and blend with sugar.
    Add beaten eggs, coconut and pineapple, mixing well.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice (you can add more juice if you like a stronger taste).
    Mix and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
