Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. soft, fresh bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Spread mixture evenly in a glass loaf dish.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
