Meat Pie With Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced, cooked leftover meat
1/2 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. meat stock
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook diced celery, onion, potatoes and carrots in meat stock until almost tender.
Mix the diced meat into vegetables.
Pour into 2-inch deep baking dish.
Top with baking powder biscuits. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the top with the grated cheese.
Return to oven at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
